White confetti balloons. Start them off with a small amount of air and top them up with helium. Shake the confetti to wake it up! Mix them up with our larger confetti filled balloons for a great effect.

Note: Not suitable for children under 8 years. Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.
