1. How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary for each product. Generally, items that are handmade by us ship within 7 working days by First Class signed for Post or International Tracked and Signed post. If you need it sooner, let us know and we'll see what we can do!

 

2. What's your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order?

 If you want to cancel an order, please let us know and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, if you have ordered a custom piece or engraving, it may be too late to cancel the order.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, then simply notify us, and we’ll give resolve this by either sending the correct item or providing you with a refund. See our refunds and returns policy for more details. 

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are always happy to help! Just let us know
